Is Motion Sickness A Problem in Your Commodore?

Do you own a VE Commodore and suffer from motion sickness?  If so, Repco Authorised Service and Nolathane have a solution.

Unfortunately, motion sickness is a common and distressing reality of car travel. Did you know the rear cross member to chassis mounts on VE Commodores are voided and can cause the rear end to feel loose or can even induce motion sickness?   We have found that excessive movement of the rear cross member in VE Commodores reduces the vehicle handling capabilities and in many instances contributes to motion sickness for rear seat passengers. The reason for this is simply heavily voided rear cross member to chassis mounts. These make the car very quiet and comfortable inside the cabin, but under normal or spirited driving conditions allow for unwanted movement, causing the vehicle to feel less responsive.

The above problems can be addressed by installing Nolathane's rear cross member mount inserts. These inserts fit into the voiding of the original bush which greatly reduces the disconnection between the rear suspension and the chassis without any detrimental effect to comfort. The original bushes are retained and neither they nor the cross member need to be removed to install these inserts. The inserts can be fitted in the car, so it makes for the perfect, immediate & inexpensive upgrade with instant results.

If motion sickness is an issue in your vehicle, speak to your local Repco Authorised Service Centre today and ask about the Nolathane solution!
