DEATH BY ELECTROCUTION?
Stray Current Corrosion is a killer of cooling system components in modern vehicles. This insidious corrosion is usually caused as a result of a faulty earth path or wiring loom in the vehicles electronics, or as a result of aftermarket accessories being fitted incorrectly.
It affects both new and old vehicles and can occur even if a coolant or anti-corrosion additive is used.
Repco Authorised Service recommends it as good practice to periodically check the cooling system for current leakage to prevent cooling system problems.

BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY
If a ribbed belt breaks in transmission, the water pump will cease to function which in turn causes the temperature of the engine to rise excessively and consequently damage the engine.
It is essential the belt be inspected periodically, especially in all 6cyl Holden Commodores from 1988 and Ford Falcons from 1994.
Repco Authorised Service members use and recommend quality DAYCO Belts
