Excellent Customer Service At Wayne Jarrotts
On a trip to Sydney, I blew an engine in my Diesel 4x4. The mechanic checked the knock in the engine and as it turned out correctly diagnosed a broken rocker arm. This had caused some damaged which turned out to be fairly extensive to the top end of the engine. Because of the age of the vehicle, I agreed the best way to fix the problem was with a second hand rocker gear.
Warranty Support
Two weeks later I returned to Bundaberg. The repairs seemed to be satisfactory until a few weeks ago when an exhaust noise started. The noise increased and I took the vehicle to Wayne Jarrotts Repair Centre in Bundaberg. They found a broken bolt on the inlet manifold.
I provided Wayne with the repair invoices for the original repair and Wayne agreed to stand by the warranty and go ahead and fix the problem for me. He even lent me a car to drive whilst the repair was being done. I would like to commend Wayne and his team at Bundaberg for the manner in which I was treated. Customer service is almost a thing of the past and warranty promises some times obscure.
I will from now use Wayne and Repco as my preferred service centre. Wayne team should be congratulated for safe guarding the reputation of Repco.
