I would like to take the opportunity to praise the service provided by E & D Koutalis, in Granville NSW. I switched to Eddie and his ‘super-team' in 2008, when my usual mechanic tried to commit highway robbery at my 105 000km service.
Upfront & Honest
Eddie is always informative, up front, helpful and honest with his customers. He is always willing to accommodate me, even at extremely short notice and always ensures that I am aware of what is being done to the car with regular communication. I can’t tell you how many times I have returned to other repairers only to find that several mysterious faults have been detected and had to be repaired forthwith, at an additional astronomical cost.
However, Eddie’s team truly excelled, when thanks to an extremely poor gas fit out I had done in 2006, an electrical fault reared its ugly head in February this year and had all of us scratching ours. Eddie and the boys worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem. Eddie even wasted time dealing with the mechanic responsible, who clearly did not want to come to the party. Eddie also made sure I was not without a car or out of pocket unnecessarily.
Repco can surely be proud that this supreme team of mechanics is upholding and enhancing the excellent reputation for which you are known. I will refer anyone looking for a mechanic to E & D Koutalis Automotive Services, or any other Authorised Repco Service Centre, without hesitation.
