Excellent Work
Dear Jim,
On Monday 28th March our Falcon ws brought to your workshop on the back of a RAC tow truck after breaking down with an unknown problem at Eucla.
I am writing to express our sincere appreciation first of all for giving our matter priority and secondly for the excellent work you did on diagnosing and repairing the problem so competently.
As you can imagine when a car just stops out on the Nullabor for no apparent reason it can leave you feeling very anxious about travelling distances in the future. However we have since returned home to Melbourne after visiting Perth via Esperance and Albany and the car did not miss a beat for which we are most grateful.
So thanks again.
