I would like to take the time to extend my thanks for the work that was recently done on my car. My car now runs smoother than it's ever been and is definitely more enjoyable to drive. I've found the customer care to be brilliant and Steve's knowledge, professionalism and friendliness really shows.
I do understand that there are times when things simply don't work out how they should such as the wrong part being sent from suppliers or parts failing at inconvenient times. We all know how frustrating these situations can be for all concerned. I thank Steve and the team for fixing the small incedental problems when they occur within a short time and taking the time to explain the situation.
